You may give us information about you at the point that we are appointed as your advisers.  You may be asked by us to provide documentation to comply with Anti Money Laundering requirements as well as signing our formal letter of engagement.  You might also fill in other forms such as, HMRC authority forms, bank mandates, forms on our website, use social media logins and/or other plugins. You will also correspond with us by phone, email or otherwise. This includes information you provide in the early stage of our relationship and might include when you subscribe to our email newsletter or use some of the social media functions on our website.
The information you give us may include (but is not necessarily limited to):

•    your business name and address;
•    your email address;
•    your phone number;
•    your photograph
•    your financial records (including HMRC references)
•    details of your family
•    authority to act as a third party with certain agencies

We use information held about you to advise you in a professional capacity and to fully provide you with the services for which we have been engaged, to provide you with information about services we offer throughout our business that are similar to those that you have already engaged or enquired about and to notify you about changes to our service.
